Terms of Service

By accessing and using UniSMS API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2. Service Usage

  • Our API is provided for legitimate business communications only
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You must obtain necessary consents before sending messages to recipients

3. Payments and Credits

  • All SMS messages are charged based on our current pricing
  • Credits must be purchased in advance to use the service
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee 100% delivery rates
  • Delivery times may vary depending on network conditions
  • We reserve the right to limit message volume for service stability
  • Service availability is on an "as is" basis

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in UniSMS services and related software belong to Unisoft Ventures Corporation. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniSMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
