What local governments send

Messages residents need to get on time.

From your DRRM office, your barangays and your health office: the texts residents act on.

POST /api/blast

Disaster and emergency alerts

Reach the residents on your list at once when a storm signal is raised or an evacuation is ordered. One message to many numbers is a single blast request.

YourLGU: Signal No. 3 is raised. Residents of low-lying areas, go to the evacuation center at San Jose Elementary School now.

POST /api/bulk

Public advisories and barangay announcements

Water interruptions, road closures and assemblies, worded for each barangay. Different text per barangay is one bulk request.

Brgy. San Jose: Water interruption tomorrow, 8AM-5PM, due to pipe repairs. Please store water tonight.

POST /api/sms

Vaccination and event reminders

Remind each resident of their own schedule, straight from your health office or registration system, one message per resident.

YourLGU: Hi Maria, your vaccination is on Oct 24, 9AM, at the Rural Health Unit. Please bring a valid ID.

No developer? No problem

Send from the dashboard.

Export your list from Excel or Google Sheets as a CSV, with the mobile number in the first column and the message in the second, and upload it. Every row can say something different.

  • No headers needed. Numbers can be 09… or +639….
  • Rows with an invalid number or no message are skipped, not charged.
  • See each message's status in your message history.

One request

An evacuation notice to a whole area.

Pull the affected residents' numbers from your registry and send them all one advisory. Tag it with metadata to match the delivery webhooks back to the incident.

  • Different text per barangay? Use POST /api/bulk instead.
  • Numbers can be +639… or 09…, and invalid numbers are skipped, not charged.
  • The blast and bulk endpoints take one request every 2 seconds per account.

Getting started

Live in three steps.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Send from the dashboard, or connect your systems with an API key. Test on the default Sender ID, which reaches Globe and DITO.

  2. 02

Apply for your LGU's Sender ID

Top up ₱2,500 or more for a SID token, then upload a signed certification from your office naming UNISOFT VENTURES CORPORATION as your authorized partner for Sender ID registration and SMS blasting.

  3. 03

    Send to every network

Telco approval takes 7–14 business days. Then your alerts reach Smart, TNT and Sun too, under your LGU's name.

FAQ

Questions from LGUs.

Can we send an alert to every resident at once?
Yes. Put the same message and the list of numbers in one POST /api/blast request. Each recipient is charged as a normal SMS, and you get a delivery webhook for every message. The blast and bulk endpoints accept one request every 2 seconds per account.
Many residents use Smart or TNT. Will they get our alerts?
Yes, once your LGU's own Sender ID is approved, which takes 7–14 business days. Until then you can integrate on the default Sender ID, which reaches Globe and DITO but not Smart, TNT or Sun.
What does our LGU need to apply for a Sender ID?
A SID token, which comes with every ₱2,500 top-up, and a signed certification from your office naming UNISOFT VENTURES CORPORATION as your authorized partner for Sender ID registration and SMS blasting. Need help? Email [email protected].
Can we pay monthly or through procurement?
Postpaid plans, billed monthly at a fixed rate per SMS with no upfront top-up, are available to LGUs by application. Contact sales with your expected monthly volume.
Does this replace the emergency cell broadcast?
No. Emergency cell broadcast, sent through the NDRRMC and the telcos, reaches every phone in an area. UniSMS sends to the numbers on your list, so use it alongside your other warning channels. During disasters networks can be congested, and some messages may arrive late.
Do we need a developer?
No. Your staff can upload a CSV of numbers and messages from the dashboard, exported from Excel or Google Sheets. If your IT team wants alerts to go out from your own systems, they can use the API.
Whose numbers can we send to?
Residents who gave their numbers to your LGU, for example through registration or a sign-up drive. Purchased or scraped lists aren't allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy.
Can we write messages in Filipino or the local language?
Yes, using standard letters. Emoji and most accented characters aren't supported, and ñ counts as two characters.
