What ISPs send

Three messages that cut support calls.

Your NMS knows about the outage, billing knows the amount, ticketing knows the job. Each one sends its own message.

POST /api/blast

Outage and maintenance notices

Tell every subscriber in an affected area at once, before they call. One message to many numbers is a single blast request.

YourISP: Scheduled maintenance in Brgy. San Jose on Oct 20, 1AM-4AM. Internet may be unavailable. Thank you for your patience.

POST /api/bulk

Billing and payment reminders

Personalized reminders with each subscriber's account number, amount and due date. Different text per subscriber is one bulk request.

YourISP: Hi Ana, your bill for acct 10482 is P1,299, due Oct 25. Pay at any branch or partner outlet to avoid interruption.

POST /api/sms

Technician dispatch updates

Confirm installs and repairs and say when the technician is on the way. Send one message from your ticketing system as the job moves.

YourISP: Your technician Mark is on the way for ticket #5521 and should arrive by 2PM. Please keep your line open.

One request

An outage notice to a whole area.

Pull the affected subscribers from your network monitoring or CRM and send them all one message. Tag it with metadata to match the delivery webhooks back to the incident.

  • Personalized text per subscriber? Use POST /api/bulk instead.
  • Numbers can be +639… or 09…, and invalid numbers are skipped, not charged.
  • The blast and bulk endpoints take one request every 2 seconds per account.

Why UniSMS

Pay for what arrives

Failed messages are refunded automatically. Prepaid credits never expire.

Postpaid for larger ISPs

Billed monthly at a fixed rate per SMS, by application. Talk to sales.

Getting started

Live in three steps.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Get your API key and integrate on the default Sender ID, which reaches Globe and DITO.

  2. 02

    Apply for your Sender ID

Top up ₱2,500 or more for a SID token and submit your business documents from the dashboard.

  3. 03

    Send to every network

Telco approval takes 7–14 business days. Then your notices reach Smart, TNT and Sun subscribers too, under your name.

FAQ

Questions from ISPs.

Can we send outage alerts to thousands of subscribers at once?
Yes. Put the same message and a list of numbers in one POST /api/blast request. Each recipient is charged as a normal SMS, and you get a delivery webhook for every message. The blast and bulk endpoints accept one request every 2 seconds per account.
Can each billing reminder show the subscriber's own amount and due date?
Yes. POST /api/bulk takes a list of messages, each with its own recipient and text, so you can merge account numbers, amounts and due dates from your billing system.
Will subscribers see our ISP's name as the sender?
Yes, once your own Sender ID is approved. Top up at least ₱2,500 to get a SID token, then apply from the dashboard with your business documents. Until then you can integrate on the default Sender ID, which reaches Globe and DITO but not Smart, TNT or Sun.
Can our reminders include a payment link?
Links need your own Sender ID with links enabled. The default Sender ID can't send links.
How do we know a notice was delivered?
Set a webhook URL and UniSMS posts message.sent, message.failed or message.retrying for every message, with the metadata you attached, such as the account or ticket number. Failed messages are refunded automatically.
Do you offer postpaid billing for ISPs?
Postpaid plans, billed monthly at a fixed rate per SMS, are available by application. Contact sales with your expected monthly volume.
Do credits expire?
No. Prepaid credits never expire, so you can top up once and send notices as they come up.
