Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities and content when using UniSMS services. Violation of this policy may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT use UniSMS services to send, transmit, or facilitate messages containing:

  • ✕ Phishing, Fraud, and Scams - Messages attempting to obtain personal information, credentials, or financial data through deception
  • ✕ Gambling, Casinos, and Lottery - Promotion of gambling services, casino games, lottery schemes, or any form of betting
  • ✕ Adult Content - Sexually explicit material, pornography, or age-restricted content
  • ✕ Cryptocurrency Scams - Investment schemes, pump-and-dump promotions, or fraudulent crypto-related content
  • ✕ Get-Rich-Quick and MLMs - Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing promotions, or deceptive money-making opportunities
  • ✕ Hate Speech and Discrimination - Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
  • ✕ Spam and Unsolicited Messages - Commercial messages sent without recipient consent or in violation of anti-spam regulations
  • ✕ Illegal Content - Any content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages illegal activities under Philippine or international law
  • ✕ Defamatory Content - False statements that harm the reputation of individuals or organizations
  • ✕ Harassment and Stalking - Messages intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals

Prohibited Activities

  • Sending messages to phone numbers obtained without consent
  • Using purchased or scraped contact lists
  • Attempting to bypass carrier filtering or blocking
  • Using the service to test or develop competing products
  • Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Enforcement Actions

We take violations of this policy seriously. The following enforcement actions may be taken:

First Warning

For minor violations, you will receive a written warning and be required to remove offending content immediately.

Account Suspension

For repeated violations or serious offenses, your account may be suspended temporarily while we investigate.

Termination and Forfeiture of Credits

For severe violations or continued non-compliance, your account will be permanently terminated. All remaining credits will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of our services or violations of this policy, please report it immediately to support@unismsapi.com.

Changes to Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Note: This policy is in addition to our Terms of Service. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of all remaining credits, as stated above.
