  • No headers needed. Numbers can be 09… or +639….

A reminder from your booking system.

Send one message as each appointment is booked or the day before. Tag it with metadata to match the delivery webhook back to the appointment.

  • Reminding a whole day's list? Use POST /api/bulk with one message per patient.
  • Numbers can be +639… or 09…. An invalid number is refused before any credit is used.
  • Keep medical details out of SMS: say results are ready, not what they are.

    Create an account

    Upload tomorrow's list from the dashboard, or connect your booking system with an API key. The default Sender ID reaches Globe and DITO.

  2. 02

    Apply for your Sender ID

    Top up ₱2,500 or more for a SID token and submit your business documents from the dashboard.

  3. 03

    Send to every network

    Telco approval takes 7–14 business days. Then your reminders reach Smart, TNT and Sun too, under your clinic's name.

FAQ

Questions from clinics.

Can our booking system send reminders automatically?
Yes. Call POST /api/sms when an appointment is booked and again the day before, from your booking system or a scheduled job. For a whole day's list, POST /api/bulk sends a different message to each patient in one request.
Can patients reply to confirm or cancel?
Replies need a virtual number, a dedicated Philippine mobile number for two-way SMS. Replies arrive on your webhook and in your UniSMS inbox. Virtual numbers are available by request through sales.
Should we put test results in the SMS?
We recommend against it. Say that results are ready and how to get them, and keep the medical details in your clinic or portal.
We don't have a developer. Can we still send reminders?
Yes. Export tomorrow's appointments from your booking system or a spreadsheet as a CSV, with the number in the first column and the message in the second, and upload it from the dashboard.
Can reminders include a booking link?
Links need your own Sender ID with links enabled. The default Sender ID can't send links.
Do credits expire?
No. Prepaid credits never expire, and failed messages are refunded automatically.
